Private flights into Aspen use **Atlantic Aviation**, the airport's only FBO, at **69 East Airport Road**, three miles from downtown. It's open **6 a.m. to 11 p.m.**; the airport takes arrivals **7 a.m.–11 p.m.** and departures until **10:30 p.m.** Expect **ramp compression November 25–29, 2026 and December 24, 2026 to January 3, 2027**.

- **Winter**: De-icing on site.

## Holiday ramp space

Atlantic expects additional ramp compression over Thanksgiving (November 25–29, 2026) and from December 24, 2026 to January 3, 2027, and asks operators to plan arrivals ahead through Atlantic Gateway. Some aircraft may be able to drop passengers but not park; the operator confirms parking.

## Airport rules that affect private flights

- **Landing fee**: $13.76 per 1,000 lb of maximum takeoff weight for general aviation.
- **Customs**: None at Aspen; international flights clear US Customs first, for example at Eagle County.
- **2027**: Closed April 4 to November 19, 2027 for runway reconstruction.
