# A concierge for your Aspen rental

We work for **guests staying in Aspen and Snowmass rentals and private homes**: the house ready when you walk in, the kitchen stocked, skis fitted at the door, the first dinner cooked and the week planned. The property manager looks after the building; we look after the stay.

City rules are from the City of Aspen's short-term rental program, checked September 30, 2026. Our services are quoted per stay and confirmed before anything is booked.

## What to check on an Aspen rental

- **The permit**: Stays under 30 days in the City of Aspen need a city STR permit, and listings must show the permit number.
- **Taxes**: Local lodging tax and a city STR excise tax (5% or 10% depending on permit type) are added to the rent.
- **Location**: Walking distance to the gondola or a shuttle stop changes every ski morning; ask the exact address.
- **Parking and access**: Garage, driveway grade in snow, stairs with luggage, and the door code or key handover time.
- **Housekeeping**: Whether mid-stay cleaning, linens and firewood are included, or extra.

## One contact for the whole stay

- **Before**: Tell us the address, dates, who is coming and what matters; we coordinate access with the host or manager.
- **Arrival**: We track the flight and have the house ready at the moment you arrive, not at check-in time.
- **During**: One person in Aspen for everything the house doesn't do.

## Questions

**Do Aspen vacation rentals include a concierge?**  
Usually not. Hosts and property managers look after the property; groceries, chefs, rentals, drivers and the plan are left to the guest. We fill that gap.

**Do Aspen rentals need a permit?**  
Yes. Stays under 30 days in the City of Aspen require a city short-term rental permit, and listings must show the permit number.

**Can you stock the rental before we arrive?**  
Yes. We coordinate access with the host and stock the kitchen to your list before you land.

**Can you help if something goes wrong at the rental?**  
We coordinate with the property manager on your behalf and arrange whatever the stay needs in the meantime.
