For Executive and Personal Assistants
I'm Paul Montiel. I live in Aspen. When your principal is here, you have someone on the ground who can actually take care of what comes up.
Tell me what's coming upWhen you send a request to Aspen Privé, you know exactly who received it. My background is in luxury hospitality here in Aspen, including The Little Nell, The St. Regis Aspen Resort, and Aspen Alps, across guest experience, residential operations, and team leadership. I'm a Certified Hotel Administrator, and I work fluently in Spanish and English, with conversational Portuguese.
Born in Miami, raised in Venezuela, and shaped by years in Spain before building my life in Aspen. What matters day to day is the relationships here. Hospitality and housekeeping teams, drivers, property managers, instructors, and local businesses who pick up the phone when I call. Those relationships come from living and working here every day.
People generally arrive in Aspen happy. They're celebrating, on vacation, or seeing it for the first time. I like making sure they leave happier than they arrived, and that the person who arranged it never had to worry about how.

The things you cannot do from your desk, done locally.

Identifying the right property, coordinating with the owner or management, walking through before arrival, and getting the house stocked, staffed, and ready. If something is not right, I'm the one who goes and deals with it.

Multiple arrivals on different days, changing flight times, and guests coming in separately. I track the moving pieces on the ground and adjust as they shift, so you're not rebuilding the plan every time something moves.

Private aviation coordinated when it's part of the trip, with FBO timing, tail numbers, and ground pickup connected so nobody is standing on the ramp waiting. I don't operate aircraft, I make sure the handoff into Aspen works.

Airport transfers, dedicated drivers, and vehicles held for the length of the stay, including the unplanned runs that come up once everyone is here.

Stocking the residence before arrival to the household's preferences, groceries, flowers, gifts, and tracking down whatever gets requested or forgotten once they've landed. Delivered to the residence, not left for someone to pick up.

Restaurant reservations, private chefs, and in-residence dining, including the table that needs to change at four in the afternoon because the day went differently.

Ski and snowboard rentals fitted and delivered to the residence, lift tickets and passes, private instructors, ski school for the kids, and snow activities. One request instead of five separate providers.

In-residence massage and treatments, spa coordination, altitude support including oxygen when needed, and recovery or fitness requests, arranged locally through the appropriate providers.

Birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, and private celebrations, with the local vendors and details it takes to actually pull them off on the date it needs to happen.

A full itinerary or a quick request outside normal hours. Send the preferences too, down to what should be waiting at the house. I'm generally reachable and I treat both the same way.
02
I make the calls, go in person when it needs a person, and tell you when it's done rather than leaving you to check.
03
Plans change once everyone is in town. I handle those changes here and keep you current, without adding to your inbox.
Discretion is assumed, not a feature. Names, details, and schedules stay between us. And you work with the same person every trip, so the preferences do not have to be explained twice.
