For Talent Teams

They can be in Aspen without it becoming a story.

I'm Paul Montiel. I live in Aspen. When your client is here, one person handles the ground and keeps the details where they belong.

The fewer people involved, the better.

You are handing your client to someone. It's fair to want to know who. My background is in luxury hospitality here in Aspen, including The Little Nell, The St. Regis Aspen Resort, and Aspen Alps, across guest experience, residential operations, and team leadership. I'm a Certified Hotel Administrator.

Born in Miami, raised in Venezuela, and shaped by years in Spain before building my life in Aspen. I work fluently in Spanish and English, with conversational Portuguese, which matters more often than people expect.

What matters operationally is that I know this valley and the people in it. Drivers, property managers, hospitality teams, and local businesses who answer when I call and who understand that some things are not discussed. Aspen is a small town. Knowing which people to use is most of the job.

Aspen, built around
who is actually coming.

Handled locally, by one person, quietly.

Aspen residence with mountain views, prepared before arrival

Residence

Finding the house that actually fits the situation, including entrances, parking, sightlines, and whether the team can be housed on site or nearby. I walk it before arrival, get it stocked and staffed, and deal with whatever is not right without it reaching you.

How This Works

You manage the talent. I make Aspen work around them.

01

Tell me who's coming

Dates, how many, and what actually matters for this trip. The more I know about them, the more Aspen can be built around them. Short notice is normal.

02

I set it up here

I make the calls, use people who have done this before, and go in person when it needs a person.

03

It stays where it belongs

You keep the relationship. I work in the background and report to you.

Names, dates, and details are not discussed, including with the people I bring in. Anything that needs to be in writing can be.
