Getting the table

The nights that matter, arranged

Tell us the night and the party, and we'll work on the table, hold a driver for the evening, and suggest a back-up worth having. If the night is at the house instead, a private chef cooks there. Ask us.

IIIBooking

How to plan around them

Book the peak weeks first

Christmas to New Year's, Presidents' week and Food & Wine weekend are when these tables are hardest. Book as soon as reservations open for your dates.

Plan the starred dinner early in the stay

Altitude makes the first night tiring for many visitors; a big tasting menu works better on night two or three.

Walk or be driven

All four are downtown or at the base of Aspen Mountain. From Snowmass or the homes above town, plan a driver.
