For Private Aviation

The flight ends at Sardy.
The trip doesn't.

I'm Paul Montiel. I live in Aspen. When your passenger lands, someone is already here to take it from the ramp and keep the trip at the level you set in the air.

Who's behind this

Who your passenger is handed to.

  • Certified Hotel Administrator
  • English / Spanish
  • The Little Nell
  • The St. Regis Aspen Resort
  • Aspen Alps

You are handing someone off. It's fair to want to know who to. My background is in luxury hospitality here in Aspen, including The Little Nell, The St. Regis Aspen Resort, and Aspen Alps, across guest experience, residential operations, and team leadership. I'm a Certified Hotel Administrator, and I work fluently in Spanish and English, with conversational Portuguese.

Born in Miami, raised in Venezuela, and shaped by years in Spain before building my life in Aspen. What matters operationally is that I know this valley and the people in it. Drivers, property managers, hospitality teams, and local businesses who answer when I call, including in the middle of a storm cycle when plans are moving.

People generally arrive in Aspen happy. I like making sure they leave happier than they arrived, and that whoever put the trip together never hears about a problem on the ground.

From the ramp
onward.

Everything that happens after the door opens, handled locally.

Arrivals

Tail number and FBO tracked, vehicles staged before wheels down, and passengers met on the ramp when that's appropriate. When timing moves, and it does, I adjust the ground plan without waiting to be told. If the aircraft goes to Rifle or Eagle instead, the ground side moves with it.

How This Works

Your passenger. My ground.

01

Send me the trip

Tail number, ETA, and passenger count, plus whatever you know about who is on board. The more I know about them, the more the ground can be built around them. Short notice is normal.

02

I stage it here

Vehicles, residence, and everything after. If timing moves or the airport changes, I move with it.

03

The passenger stays yours

I work in the background and report to you.

Names, tail numbers, and schedules stay between us.
