The Toyota U.S. Grand Prix brings FIS World Cup slopestyle and halfpipe back to Buttermilk on February 27–28, 2027, the closing stop of the U.S. domestic World Cup tour. Spectator access is free. It is a week after Palm Tree Music Festival, which makes late February one of Aspen's busiest stretches.

Buttermilk stays open; many visitors ski Aspen Mountain or Snowmass in the morning and come to Buttermilk for the finals.
With Palm Tree the weekend before and Presidents' Day earlier in the month, rooms and Saturday dinners in late February book early.
Parking at Buttermilk is limited on event days; the free shuttles or a driver avoid the lot entirely.
