Food & Wine Classic in Aspen 2027: Dates, Passes and Getting There

The 2027 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen runs June 18–20, 2027. The Grand Tasting Pavilion is in Wagner Park, in the middle of town. Aspen's airport is closed from April 4 to November 19, 2027, so this year everyone arrives through Eagle, Grand Junction, Rifle or Denver.

Passes: 2027 passes not yet on sale. In 2026: Consumer Pass $2,950, Trade Pass $2,250 (hospitality industry only), Peak Access $3,950, Summit Access $4,500.The Consumer Pass included five Grand Tasting sessions and a choice of five demonstrations or seminars.

Bags: One small personal bag; backpacks, luggage and large bags are not allowed.
Animals: No pets at any event; service animals are exempt.
Allergies: The organizers cannot guarantee dishes free of common allergens, and not every event has vegetarian options; ask at each station.
