Aspen airport (ASE) guide

A small terminal three miles from town, three airlines, and a closure in 2027. What to know when you fly in or out of Aspen.

Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE) is 3 miles from downtown Aspen and 6 from Snowmass Village. Commercial flights are operated for American (by Envoy), and for United and Delta (by SkyWest). The airport is closed from April 4 to November 19, 2027 for reconstruction.

From April 4 to November 19, 2027 there are no flights at ASE. Use Eagle, Rifle, Grand Junction or Denver. Airport closure 2027
